Delta Motion Control

Delta’s RMC Motion Controllers handle systems with up to 50 axes. With built-in Ethernet and many supported industrial communications protocols, connectivity to nearly any PLC or HMI is possible. RMC Motion Controllers are highly configurable to meet the needs of virtually any system or application with a variety of I/O modules that support a broad range of transducers and actuators. RMCs are designed to optimize challenging applications with an analog resolution up to 18 bits for both inputs and outputs, and control loop times down to 125 μsec. The RMC200 Standard is for large applications with up to 50 axes of motion, and the RMC200 Lite handles up to 18 axes. The RMC150 supports up to 8 axes, and the RMC75 handles systems with 1 to 2 axes. Delta’s motion controllers have been used in a wide variety of aerospace applications, including rocket test-firing control, testing of radar equipment, wing manufacturing, helicopter blade testing, and more.

RMC75: 1 or 2-Axis Motion Controllers

The RMC75 is a high-performance motion controller for 1 to 2-axis applications. The RMC70 series provides an extensive set of motion commands and programming capability for quick and easy yet flexible motion control.
