Quality Improvement Process

Customer focus is the main emphasis of Zemarc's Quality Management System. Continuously working to improve our internal operations in order to meet customer requirements and provide our customers quality products in a timely manner. Zemarc's Quality Management System is based on ISO 9001:2008 registration and the concept of Continuous Service Improvement. Zemarc has maintained registration to the ISO 9000 Standard, updating its registration to the present ISO 9001:2008 Standard in 2010. Continuous Service Improvement is a philosophy emphasized throughout the company with training in the area of improvement teams, project management and the use of quality tools to measure and monitor progress.
